The Villa has many spacious entertaining, lounging, sunbathing and chilling areas, both inside and outside. The large heated pool is situated to maximise the panoramic coastal and mountain vistas. A feature of the stunning pool area is the outdoor kitchen, BBQ area and Spanish bar. The well equipped main kitchen leads on to the open plan dining area where a statement dining table for 8 is positioned in a semi- circular viewing area. In addition just off the open plan kitchen there is a large external ‘feature’ dining balcony, enjoying what must be the best al-fresco dining position on the ‘Costa Del Sol’. On the lower floor there is a spacious comfortable lounge with extensive seating, ideal for quiet relaxation or family film cinema night on the Large 60” Ultra HD LED Smart Television which has NetFlix. This lounge enjoys extensive glazed window areas to take advantage of the stunning views.

 

A large utility is well equipped with a washing machine, dryer and steam iron, cleaning facilities and airer.  There is plenty of storage throughout the Villa - cloak cupboard by the front door with private safe and hangers for coats.

 

All bedrooms have private en suites and most bedrooms have their own individual balconies, which are perfect for a bit of chill out time.  The spacious Super-king master bedroom was designed above all to be luxurious and demonstratively is the best in the villa. The master en suite has both shower and bath, with the bathing area having a feature  over-sized bath. The master bedroom has its own corridor with separate dressing area off. There is also a beautiful private balcony which is a real sun trap and has an extendable  sun shade canopy if needed. A fabulous area to share a G & T as the sun goes down. For privacy in mind, one bedroom suite has its own private entrance, ideal for couples who enjoy their own space - this is a recent luxurious, modern addition and some may say is comparable to the Master bedroom.  There are two small  doubles which can be pushed together to make a extra Super King. The extensive grounds include a magical tree shaded expanse with several nooks and crannies and  out of the way shaded chill areas for rest and relaxation for peaceful times.   There is a large space for kids to play ball games or run around in complete safety.  The Villa has two open fireplaces, one feature gas and one log burning- ideal for those chillier out of season nights. Air conditioning/heat is provided in all bedrooms and the main entertaining areas.

The property is approached via its own private gates onto a long drive to a large porch and impressive front door. You enter into the extensive kitchen, dining area with a huge balcony off with table and chairs to accommodate 8. The kitchen has a large American Fridge Freezer - a breakfast island with casual seating and overlooking those fantastic views plus indoor seating for 8 guests. On this floor is a snug with a quiet area and a guest toilet and cloakroom.  This floor also houses  the impressive Master bedroom suite.  

 

Downstairs takes you to the  3 double bedrooms each with their own dressing area and private shower room. One bedroom has its own balcony overlooking the pool and the other has a Juliette balcony with once again those outstanding views. On this floor is the magnificent lounge with Smart TV - English channels and a wonderful curved sofa to relax on. There is a window seat looking out over the view. A door from the lounge takes you outside to the extensive pool area. On this floor is also the Utility room and entrance to the large 4th bedroom with en-suite shower and private balcony.

 

There are 8 sunbeds, table and chairs to seat 8 guests to dine al-fresco and the luxury of an outdoor kitchen with gas burner, fridge freezer, bbq and your very own outdoor bar.  In the grounds there is another seating area to spend some quiet time in the shade looking out over our woodland.

In the property there is are bluetooth speakers  on both floors and a portable speaker to use outside to enjoy your own music.

This Villa will suit the discerning client who wants peace, relaxation and luxury with fabulous views. A car is recommended with travel to the wonderful Mijas Pueblo only minutes away.  There are many bars and restaurants in the Pueblo and the multi story car park costs just 1 euro for 24 hours stay, there are many Fiestas, processions throughout the year.  You can download the MijasTaxis app to organise taxis. We have information on Private chefs who can cook for you and your party at the Villa if you can't bear to drag yourself  away.  Fuengirola is the nearest beach area and there are many beaches along the coast - 15 minutes in the car. Marbella is 25 minutes drive away and we would recommend a visit to Malaga which is approximately 30 minutes by car - we can provide Taxi numbers if you want a night in Marbella or Puerto Banus.
